"It's in the Bag" Newsletters

(2001 Issues)
Published by the
Michigan Food Safety Task Force

In January of 2001, the Michigan Food Safety Task Force published a new quarterly newsletter entitled "It's in the Bag." The focus of this newsletter is to provide timely food safety information in short, sweet "bites." The layout allows for each article to be separated and easily filed by topic. It is hoped that the information provided within "It's in the Bag" will be used by both educators and the media to help inform consumers about safe food handling practices.
